Please be aware that this app may not be trustworthy. They require you to add a repayment card, which they then charge multiple times without refunding you. Even when attempting to reach out to them, they do not provide assistance.

Beware of Renmoney’s predatory practices

I took a loan from Renmoney and diligently made payments for six months. Shockingly, I received an email stating that my interest rate had increased by 15%! One month later, I checked my loan balance and discovered that an additional 200,000 Naira had been added without my knowledge. Within a mere two-month period, 600,000 Naira was tacked onto my loan as interest, completely separate from the original interest rate I agreed to. When I reached out to the loan officer handling my account, she began ignoring my calls and messages. I even contacted their customer service multiple times and received no response. This is utterly unacceptable and unprofessional. I've taken loans in the past, and this is the first time I've experienced such deceptive and unethical behavior. It seems like a calculated ploy to squeeze as much money out of you as possible, trapping you in a never-ending cycle of debt. Avoid Renmoney at all costs!
