Absolutely love the App and products. Makes my weight loss journey just that more interesting. However… ***PLEASE FIX THE WIDGET.*** When in a darker mode the widget only shows a white box. I’d love to be able to see my progress quickly each day. But I can’t. Thank you for your time.

This app on the iphone is great. I have the scale and it connects and works perfectly. When i first downloaded the app, the AW version worked pretty well and then all of a sudden it stopped working. i tried contacting customer support on at least 2 separate occasions but i still have yet to get a response. i’m hoping to get someone’s attention and help by posting a review here. i don’t know what else to do. i have the AW10, if that matters.

Not a pleasing interface. We need side by side comparisons of stats to visibly see improvement efficiently and for any date comparison. Not just the amount difference. I like to see what was and then what is. I have to sort through charts to see the comparable data of all stats one by one. Please change this feature back.

App and “smart” tape IS NOT compatible with my smart scale, dispute saying it is. Also, I just took all of my measurements and pressed SAVE, but the stupid app didn’t save them? Yeah, no thanks. I’m all set with this company. RETURN!

App works great. It seems the app needs to be updated to work with tinted widgets. Widgets are blank when using a tinted home screen.

I just purchased a measuring tape and scale from Renpho. I can’t even get into their app. In order to get into the app, they require a verification code as part of their sign in process. They email a verification code, but it takes a while to receive. The email that you receive says the verification code will last 30 minutes. However, the actual sign in page says that they will resend a verification code in 60 seconds. You don’t receive the email until after 60 seconds. So, you end up receiving, over the course of time., Several verification codes. None of them work. I logged on to their website and they sent me an email confirming that immediately. So there’s no problem on my end. This is so stupid. Why can’t you just go in to the App Store and download the app like any other company? What a waste.

I’ll do something on the app and a few minutes later I can’t find the place I just went to. I’m not tech dumb, but this app is a PITA. I added my weight manually because I’m not near my scale. The next day I went to add it manually again. I’ve been looking for 10 mins and can’t find how I did it. I can’t find any help or directions for the app either. Other than that tangled mess it’s ok.

I’ve never had issues until the most recent update. Every time I weigh in now, I must restart my phone for the app to refresh and show my new data. Very frustrating!

I just bought this scale off Amazon and downloaded this accompanying app to track my weight over time, or so I thought. I can’t even get the app to load. I’ve removed and redownloaded the app four times! Only for it to completely freeze and allow for no functionality upon opening. I’ve never had a worse app experience, this essentially renders the main feature of the scale useless. Returning this scale ASAP and very disappointed in this experience.
