Usei o app 3 vezes , duas das 3 tive problemas com o pagamento, ele foi duplicado e não me deram uma solução Na devolução constava que não foi pago …minha experiência foi essa infelizmente!

Não aparece carro disponível em qualquer pesquisa que eu faça (variando dia ou cidade, quer seja no aplicativo ou no computador.
Locadora não entregou o veículo
Uma decepção! Pagamos adiantado nos programamos a viagem, ao chegar na locadora não foi liberado o veículo, por conta de uma avaliação, o cadastro feito antecipado não serve para nada, ficamos a mercê da locadora. Com muita dificuldade horas após é muito transtorno conseguimos um veículo em outra locadora graças a Deus , se não o feriado teria sido um desastre. Para que serve o pré cadastro e pagar adiantado se não temos garantia que o veículo será leberado?

Prende o limite do cartão de crédito mesmo se cancelar a locação. Fiquei mais de 23 dias com o limite preso por eles.
Reserva não carrega no app
Olá, o app está com um bug e já tem tempo, fiz a reserva, pagamento confirmado, porém, quando acessa o app para ver a reserva, a reserva não aparece, não carrega a reserva no app, no Menu de reserva do app quando se clica, não aparece nada, fica uma tela em branco. Esperei por vários minutos e não carrega a reserva no app. Vi que isso já tem tempo que está acontecendo.

Reserva altera a data
Fiz duas reservas para Porto em Portugal. Nas duas vezes o app registra horário de retirada errado. O atendimento ao cliente não funciona. Peço a mudança do horário e eles dizem que o carro da mesma categoria não está mais disponível. Vou ser obrigado a partir para a concorrência Rentalcars ou outros
