Sudden canceled my reservation

My reservation was cancelled from nothing even having my card billed. The attendant provided no conclusive excuses.

J’ai réservé en ligne ça $$$ mais rendu pour avoir la voiture il m’ont dit que les assurances il sont pas bon il voulait me charger 2500$ d’assurance ou 10.000$ US de dépôt

Beware - It’s a scam

Used this app and reserved through the app but reservation never respected. Hertz had no clue although I received a confirmation. Tried to reach Rentcars.com but no answer. Tried so many emails to the contact but never ever any replies. Ended with paying triple the price without the car that I actually had reserved. Really frustrating and can’t believe they actually have some decent reviews!!! Must be a good set up !!! I strongly suggest you book directly with a reputable car rental company. Good luck!

Sudden appearance of additional fees

First time using this app... it very strangely suddenly adds a whole bunch of rental fees... ver confusing to use
