had to give one star because there is no option to give nothing, just like the features in this app. Nothing works.

This app has given me so much time back. Say good bye to all the spreadsheets tracking payments/charges/maintenance. Tenants love it too!

As a tenant it’s super easy to use. Simple to send maintenance request and make rent payments. It connects right to my bank so I don’t have to enter a debit card in each time

I work with this program on a day to day basis and find that it has a lot of custom features that other PM softwares don’t provide flexibility with. The staff is always responsive and helps with any trouble/confusion residents or staff have.

Rentroom is very easy to use and I can easily pay rent and send in maintenance requests. Loved this app as a tenant!

I use rentroom to pay for my rent at school. I love using it. Super convenient and helpful.

The app opens up with asking for your password to your bank account. Do not believe this is safe and secure. Do not give them this. You can give them account and routing number. It’s a huge red flag they want login credentials for your bank account.

It’s solid! It is really annoying though that if your landlord responds or sends you a message, you see it in your Notification Center and if you click that it disappears forever. Would be nice if there was a spot in the app to view this
