Reps & Sets Premium is available as a monthly subscription ($0.99/month). You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost.

Great app, simple and easy

Would love this app get a few updates been 3 years but still suits me the best, I had a bit of a review to see if there was anything better looked at about 40 apps none where as good for me.

Very good, could be better

Very good app, I pay for premium so get access to all the exercises on the app however there should be a function which allows for adding an exercise that doesn’t exist on there. For example glute bridge is not an exercise on there and you can’t add it anywhere. Having said that, the app is still very good and integrates with Apple Watch and Fitness/health so you can track calories burned, heart rate etc. Best app of its kind that I’ve found so far.

Generally one of the best workout tracking apps. I just have a couple of gripes. I would like it to be easier to increment the weight of all sets of an exercise without having to do it for each one. Also, the “get workouts” button does nothing and just presents a blank pop-over.

Great app, but bug with premium

Seems to be a bug in the app in the latest version. Won’t let me purchase or restore the premium version.

Drains phone since last iOS upgrade

After upgrading to the latest iOS the app is draining the battery making the app pointless since then phone simply dies half way through my workout. Also, I had a monthly subscription and only stopped it few days ago so I wonder if it’s just coincidence or the app is constantly doing something in the background that causes the drainage as every now and then when using the app a pop up comes up to login into Apple Account despite already being logged in. Most odd.

Biking Every time I touch RPM it crashes! Rowing In the rowing exercise if you touch “Pace” or “RPE” the app just crashes every time. All I want to do is put the time it took me to get to 100m for example. The time and discount is illogical too. Not sure why they are on separate tabs. Otherwise very good and simple app.

I paid for the app now treated like someone who didn’t pay for it

Terrible way to run a business. I paid for the app and now most of the exercises are locked behind a subscription wall because the app is now free.

I’ve used the app on a phone for years, and loved it. It does exactly what you need a gym app to do. However, I’ve just started using it with my watch, and wow. My rest times and more consistent, my focus is up, and it does more than I ever bought it did. Just download this app if you want a gym app. It’s the best one.

Does the job for a mostly free app

I think this app is good. It’s pretty much free unless you want lots more exercises and Apple Watch support. If you want that, the monthly subscription is far cheaper than other apps out there - there some ridiculous prices for subscriptions on this App Store!! But for free, there’s more than enough exercises in this app to cover your typical strength training gym session. I’ve been using it to create my own gym workout routine and it works really well. Easy to adjust as you go along, and update the routine at the end. Why only 4 stars? I have come across 1 bug which crashes the app. I’d also like to see the ability to “chain” together timed exercises and rests for creating your own HIIT routine or some sort of loop/repeat function. As it stands the app doesn’t really support creating your own HIIT routine very well. You can create a routine, say 30 seconds cycling and 30 seconds rest, but it’s a bit long winded and you have to manually press the “>” icon at each interval, to signify you have completed it - it moves on to the rest interval, but then doesn’t automatically move on to the next work interval (hope that makes sense). I’d also like to see the ability to mark a set as complete complete from the iPhone lock screen widget - but that might be asking too much for the free version. 😃 Overall very pleased with the app, it’s functional and doesn’t cost the Earth like others. 👍🏻

Works fine - good simple app 2018

Ive been training in gyms for over 10years now. This app is really good and simple to use. Its has enough detail and options without being too complicated. Ive seen the low reviews on here however i have not experienced any of these issues. Used the app for 12months now and happy with it. Just have the basic version and it works fine.
