Reps & Sets Premium is available as a monthly subscription ($0.99/month). You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost.

Prima app om workouts mee te maken voor in de gym of thuis. De app houdt voor jou de timing bij van oefeningen. Je kunt je reps & sets afvinken en het programma bijwerken voor de volgende workout. Ook geeft het visueel mooi je doel weer: wil je meer spieren of sterkere spieren bij het selecteren van het aantal reps. Ook zijn er een hoop voor-ingestelde programma's te downloaden. Je kunt zelf ook oefeningen aanmaken.

Naar mijn mening is dit een erg goede app om gewicht workouts te loggen. (ik heb er een hele hoop geprobeerd) Wat doet de app goed? De interface is erg clean, je kan supersets invoeren (een van de weinige apps die dit ondersteunt), de ontwikkelaar is erg actief met updates, in workouts kan je al vooraf rustpauzes invoeren zodat deze automatisch afgaan na een oefening en achteraf kan je gedetailleerd je trainingshistorie bekijken. Wat kan er beter? Je kan aan het begin van een oefening niet zien wat (sets/reps/kg) je de laatste keer hebt gedaan (zodat je dit kan verbeteren), per oefening kan je geen notities invoeren bij het opmaken van een workout, de totale trainingstijd is niet bij te houden (ik wil nooit langer dan een uur trainen) en in de trainingshistorie zie je niet de rustpauzes terug.
