Very Workable Program
UPDATE: after about 10 months I’m down 30 pounds and it’s still pretty painless! I tend to eat much like the reset days on non-reset days, so it’s become fairly habitual. Couldn’t be happier. * * * I came to this diet with this attitude: I’m not trying for perfection, I won’t beat myself up if I have a bad day, and I won’t let a bad day become a lost week and a reason for quitting. * * * I’ve been doing this for about six weeks and I’ve lost 11 pounds. I toggle from 9 to 11 and back, but I’m not letting that defeat me. The diet is sound and the food choices seem great, but honestly I eat the same thing each reset day, and I don’t mind and I don’t have to think too much about it. It works for me. Happy to keep going and probably make this a life habit.
