Love using this, have been using for years, it’s super easy to set up and never had an issue with it. Great options for reshaping, repackaging, etc.

When clicking a shipment, no details are shown, just a blue screen. Makes the app pretty useless! Oh and you can’t use the website if you have the app installed!

Couldn’t fill in customs information without it crashing immediately as soon as I began to type in a declaration value. Every single time I tried. Deleted and use the website instead.

I had two shipments sent through reship. My packages arrived at their warehouse, I was sent photos, and I selected carriers for them to be shipped to me. I did this on May 28th. For over a month the status of my packages was "outgoing processing". The only other statuses were "processing for pickup" and "processing for delivery" which made it seem like they were picked up and were on their way but just not out for delivery yet. Over a month later I decided to reach out to customer support. Turns out one of the carriers I selected couldnt ship to my address. They had no system or process to inform me about this.... had I not reached out what would have happened?? Both packages ended up being returned to the state of choosing a carrier again, when I was told only one couldnt ship. I received a refund for only one package. Customer service was less than helpful and when asking simple questions I was told at one point that I could file a complaint if I would like to. I just wanted answers, it seemed like a scam because so little was done to help me. I also just received an email from them that they will start charging for storage of the packages at the warehouse soon when the only reason they havent shipped is because they never let me know the carrier couldnt ship to my address?? I've dumped so much money into getting these two SMALL packages of fragrances, never using this expensive service again.

The app works really well and I’m happy with The Reship teams service over the years.

Really good app! Finally a way to have an American address 🙌🏻🙌🏻 easy process and I received my items without any problems.

I’ve been using ‘Reship’, for years. If I’m buying on line, and a USA store doesn’t ship to Canada, then I click on Reship. And voila, the USA item Does get shipped to Canada. Now there is an app, they said. Wow, it is so easy to use. Couple of clicks. Make a payment. Then sit back and wait for that, ‘doesn’t ship to Canada’, to arrive here, locally! Happy.
