The ReSound Tinnitus Relief™ app uses a combination of sounds and relaxing exercises that aim to distract your brain from focusing on tinnitus. Over time the brain learns to focus less on the tinnitus.

The app lets you manage your personal library of soundscapes to be used for sound therapy, one of the most common therapies to minimize the effects of tinnitus. Either listen to the default soundscapes of create your own from a collection of environmental sounds and small pieces of music.

To help you cope with your tinnitus, Relief also provides different activities to relax and get better sleep such as guided meditations, breathing exercises and imagery.

The Learn section will teach you more information about what is tinnitus, what are the causes of tinnitus, common therapies as well as tips to help you better deal with the effects of your tinnitus.

My Relief will help you to create a personalized plan to teach you manage your tinnitus. Just answer some questions about your tinnitus and the issues that bother you the most, and ReSound Tinnitus Relief will create a weekly plan to help you train managing your tinnitus.

Tinnitus suffers often also have some degree of hearing loss, so we added a hearing test for all users to get a quick hearing test result directly in the app and guidance on what to do next, in case a hearing loss is detected.

Just download ReSound Tinnitus Relief and listen to it as you normally listen to music from your smart phone.

The app is a tool for anyone who has tinnitus. It should be used in combination with a tinnitus management programme or plan set up by a hearing care professional.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS

ReSound Tinnitus Relief offers two auto-renewing subscription options for My Plan:
$6.99 USD per month
$69.99 USD per year

These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To manage your subscription, go to your iTunes Account by selecting the option from Settings menu. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. Unused portion of the free trial is forfeited after purchase. All purchases are final.

Good product, shame about the battery

Preciously valuable relief

This app is a game changer for someone who suffers from considerably serious tinnitus. When I feel like the sound inside my head is driving me insane at night, I can just put this on to practically make it disappear momentarily. You get access to a bunch of different sound effects that you can combine as well as increase and decrease their volume individually to find the combination that is perfect for your needs. It’s also nice to make it up so you don’t hear the same sound all the time. Hoping for some more nature sounds, though, including rustling leaves, footsteps in snow and so on.

Hade inte så stora förväntningar, laddade hem den mest på skoj och blev glatt överraskad. Den funkar riktigt bra för att kamouflera det surr jag haft i huvudet i 5 år. Favoriten är ”Fire and rain”.

Varning!

Var rädd att jag av misstag gjort ett köp i appen och kontaktade företaget för att ångra det ev. köpet av appen (inom 14 dagar). Får då till svar att 79 kr/ mån kommer att dras. Helt sjukt! Förstår inte ens hur de kan göra så. De påstår även att ångerrätten bara gäller 1 vecka när den gäller 14 dagar! Dessutom kan jag inte ens se appen under prenumerationer så jag förstår inte hur de kan dra pengar då? Jag kan ju inte ens avsluta den...

This app quite literally saved my life. I am so grateful that it exists and that it’s free.

Behöver se över sina program

Tycker om utbudet i appen och försöker följa dess program för att hantera tinnitus men det går sällan eftersom programmet kräver att man utför t ex meditationer som saknas i appen. Behöver fixas!

Att längta efter

Jag längtar ibland under dagen efter att få lägga mig med hörlurarna och somna till de avslappnande ljuden. Bra att det går att komponera egna ljud och timerfunktion finna
