Literally download the app, add credit on my app, enough for a 20minute massage and when i scan my qr code to use it the app says i don’t have enough credit or unable to use the app. Super broken, no support, complete scam, do not use.

Great idea to sell a service in an international airport but is highly restrictive to your market - international tourists. No card facility, or Apple Pay or G pay. Need a local number for OTP. Can only register one chair at a time. Cash only.

Registered and paid twice on two different massage chairs. Says sessions have started but no massage happening. Absolute waste of money. Scammers.

Can’t be used if you’re in any other country and just visiting...

I’m from Australia. It’s not listed as a country to register, even though I was able to register using Facebook. Don’t waste your data downloading the app if you’re not from one of the 9 the listed South East Asia countries - you won’t be able to use it. As I look around the room, only half the chairs are in operation. What a waste of resource. You guys should fix the problem - I’d be very happy to spend some money on this thing.

Only 9 countries to choose from to put in a number to get a code (why do I even need a code to use a massage chair?) so this is completely useless for any tourist outside the 9 listed countries?
