worst app and services
i pay tngo rm10 and cash rm10 at kuching airport massage chair. The chair not even have a single move. cheating money and useless. Ban this service.
All my acc and money wallet is gone
I top up until rm200, now gone n missing, scam
Cheat my RM10
The chair has a duitnow QR code. After I scan to QR and sent the money. Nothing happen. The app can’t even log in due to internal error!! Scam company don’t use their massage chair.

Using this app is more expensive! Paying RM10 through Touch 'n Go Wallet gets you 20 minutes, while using this app only grants 10 minutes.
Very very poor service
My successful payment cannot be recognized and used. When I asked for refund, the Customer service did not respond. Shaming.
No verification email
Used a few emails, waited to verify email but nothing arrived. App is pretty useless if you cant log in.
Sluggish App
Poor UI/ UX and i cannot destress enough to the fact that ive installed the app, credited amount, scanned the QR however failed to connect. Wasted 20mins here
