First let me start off by mentioning the app doesn’t store your sign on info. So that’s how it starts. The app is slow and heavy. It doesn’t show related products to what you’re searching. It shows random stuff that has similar sounding names but not similar products of the item searched. Do better RD.

I’ve used the Restaurant Depot app a few times now, and it has been a frustrating experience every time. First of all, it’s incredibly slow; it takes forever just to load a simple page or search for items. Every time I open the app, it forces me to sign in again, which is really inconvenient, especially when I’m trying to place a quick order. To make things worse, the inventory is rarely up to date. Items will show as “in stock,” but when I get to the store, they’re nowhere to be found. This makes the app nearly useless for planning orders ahead. On top of all that, the user experience is poorly designed, making navigation confusing and clunky. I expected much better from a company like Restaurant Depot. Until they make some major updates, I’d recommend just avoiding the app altogether.

Nothing work in this app so disappointing

As a current cafe owner and former mobile app developer, this app is such a sad missed opportunity. The app itself just doesn’t work and not only severely limits sales, it ruins the brand overall. I go to restaurant depot in person once in a while but I would order way more if the app actually worked - seeing what I ordered, seeing what’s in stock, ordering for pick up or delivery - these will save me time and give you business. And of course I’m biased, but making a working app isn’t asking a lot. If you can’t build it internally, outsource it, but have a working app please before other distributors take all your business. I would be sad to see my local depot go.

Every time need to login and very slow response. Not sure hire this app still exist. Worst experience.

As big as Restaurant Depot is you’d expect their app to be useable. It’s very frustrating and nothing works as it should. Please invest in upgrading the app.

I don't understand the point of having this app since nothing is working and it takes forever to loading....

This app is utterly useless, worthless nonfunctioning. It is truly amazing that this company in this day and age cannot have a functioning app.

The app is extremity slow and inventory not up to date. I'm not sure if they developed this app in house, but it is not efficient. Don't waste your time. It'd be easier calling the store directly if you want to know what items are in stock.
