Unfortunately, zero is not an option

This app is utterly useless, worthless nonfunctioning. It is truly amazing that this company in this day and age cannot have a functioning app.

Extremely Slow and Inefficient!

The app is extremity slow and inventory not up to date. I'm not sure if they developed this app in house, but it is not efficient. Don't waste your time. It'd be easier calling the store directly if you want to know what items are in stock.

I’m astonished

I’m out of town for work and this seemed like a really good idea for placing orders while I’m gone. The app is practically unusable. None of the buttons work and I’m trying to find a frozen chicken the first item on my list I can’t even find it, I’ve spent 30 minutes looking for chicken and can’t find it or it’s too glitchy to use. This is genuinely the laziest most shameful app I ever seen.

Worse than using phone browser

Doesn’t stay logged in, appears to just be an app using the mobile website. There shouldn’t be an app if it’s just using the same site as the web browser.

Does not work

App is too slow. Works a LITTLE better under Google chrome

App need a updated

Nothing works. It always freezes. Can’t see anything items to add to grocery charts.

Must login every time

I don’t see how Restaurant Depot paid for such a horrible app. Every time I open the app I must login because it does not remember me. It is slow is not organized at all, and it has to be revamped.

Slow and Miss-organized

Good concept but Very slow and inconvenient. Very behind today technology. Also charged 5% additional in store price

Not as it seems

The App seems like a pretty Good idea but realistically you're better off just going yourself. A headache 2 times trying this and I wont do it again. First Time they said they didnt have the order after showing it on my phone. Second time things were Missing i ordered. Thanks though.

Time saver

Excellent app that saved me so much time to place my order online and look up items on sale. I also got used to creat shopping list to take it with me to the store. My previous shopping history is there for me to review anytime day or nights and that’s why I now use this app all the time.
