Very user friendly, and simple to operate.

I love how seamless this app is. I rarely have any complications with it!

Won’t stop crashing when I try to log in, I no longer get the emails with my schedule and it’s honestly been a huge pain.

I’ve had the opportunity to use this app for about 5-6 months and it’s extremely frustrating. Multiple servers can pick up the “same” shift instead of disappearing. There’s no option to post your cell number like you can on platforms like Schedulefly. The view of the schedule as a whole mixes positions (SA, servers, bartenders, kitchen staff etc.)

I love the app!! It’s clean, sleek and modern. But one thing, I wish I could have the option to automatically add my schedule to my calendar.. Other than that, AMAZINGGG

Now I’m not a manger where I work and I also know my managers are not the most competent. But from what I’ve seen and experience this app is amazing and easy as a low level employee but from what I’ve heard something’s could be coded better to make it easier for manager/corporate codes and actions with in the app. But as a server/CDS (Casual Dining Service) it is very easy and capable to be efficient and quick within service work. Definitely love not having to share a till!😂

After using it for about a year, it has kicked me out and says that my username is incorrect. I reached out to the company many times like I was told to by my employer and they said that’s unfortunate and talk to someone else about it. Now unable to use it and never know my schedule. Very unprofessional.

No feedback if someone picks up my shift and is waiting for manager approval? Please add this feature.

I love 365! Layout/format makes sense. There is not a barrage filler..ads, surveys, etc. Clear and to the point!
