Good for hosting - ez to check in guests, manage bookings, tables, covers, etc. bear in mind i dont use it for orders or taking payments only seating plan.

Shocking App. Doesn’t let you add tables to floor plan. Doesn’t take card payments and will ask you to take card details, even though you have. Support is poor. You show them screen shots and they still do not offer help. My customers have been complaining that it makes them sign up, then states the password is wrong, when They’ve just done it. Once you’ve signed the contract, support is no where to be seen. Regret getting RESY for my business. I wish I stuck to pen and paper.

Resy provides not only excellent technology, but they listen to us restaurants and provides excellent account management.

Why? Are there so many updates. It’s never ending and still it doesn’t work.

Way better than OT which is now copying Resy and playing catchup. Also reasonably priced vs the racket that OT is.

It LOOKS similar to open table. But after using that system for a couple of years and then switching to this system. As a hostess, this system drags and is hardly user friendly compared to OT. There are ups and downs to every system but really this one just has more downs than ups.

App won’t even open

I’m the General Manager of the number one fine dining restaurant in Chattanooga. We use Resy, and for the most part it’s great. But ONE FEATURE IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO ADD WE NEED A BLACKLIST! When I have to kick a guest out for sexist, racial, or perverted garbage, I want to block them from being able to make a reservation again. Sure I can tell them, “you are no longer welcome here,” but just last week had a banned racist couple come in and the host was new and didn’t know. For the love of all restaurants countrywide. We reserve the right to refuse service, but Resy does not help in any way toward that end. Please add it. Then it’ll get 5 stars.

There is a bug that constantly prevents going back and saving the floor plan made, I had to redo the whole plan three times until it finally saved, very inconsistent and buggy
