Reverse: 1999 is a 20th Century Time-Travel Strategic RPG developed by Bluepoch.

On the last day of 1999, the "Storm" fell upon the world. You witnessed an era reversed beneath the rising raindrops. Defying all reasons, what unfolds in front of you is the world of an era long past.

As the Timekeeper, observer of eras, you are free to travel through these eras after each "Storm." With the aid of Sonetto, a powerful Arcanist and ally from the Foundation, your mission is to travel through eras to where the "Storm" is most active, find other Arcanists who can sense the coming "Storm," and save them from being "sifted out" of the timeline.

I LOVE R1999 SO MUCH!!! Not only does it have a diversity of cultures and representation, the queer undertone of the game also makes the experience so much more enjoyable

My take on the game ig

Honestly out of many of the other gatcha games I’ve played this one is probably the first that’s allowed me to take my time and just enjoy the lore. Not to mention the level of detail with the characters personalities makes the whole thing feel way more authentic as an rpg compared to other games.

I love it!

I really love this game! The characters and everything is so amazing, I end up skipping the story as I’m too lazy to read it but I wish there was an option to reread the entire story that you are up too, if that makes sense…I think it would be cool! As sometimes I wanna read the story but have already skipped it. :(

Usually games like this seem to lack diversity and unique designs (or from the ones I’ve come across at least) but I love everything about this, all the different accents and cultures while still keeping a mix between fantasy and something that slightly resembles our own world, the diversity is pretty great too and I love how carefully thought out each character is along with the intricate story
