Plate didn’t have screws that fit my car, plate wouldn’t turn on, customer service was the worst customer support I’ve ever came into contact with. Took 3 weeks to receive my refund after it was signed for and delivered. Do yourself a favor and don’t even waste your time

They wasted hours of my time, over 10 phone calls and numerous emails to finally get the plate working correctly. Most of the employees I talked to don’t know what they are doing. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the employee lies about what has been going on. You can see a pattern of complaints if you look at the reviews.

I love the digital plates but the app is an absolute nightmare to use. I recently sold my car and wanted to transfer the plates to my new vehicle, but the process to do so is so challenging and difficult. There is no easy way to go about it. You’re forced to contact customer support who are less than helpful. Get it together!

I spent good money on this Reviver plate. After receiving it, I download the app, start entering my information, and it says “Unable to Add Vehicle Unable get vehicle details for VIN”. That’s pretty basic information for the app to work. So frustrating.

These guys have worse service than the DMV. Bought a second hand RPLATE. Site says they can be transferred. Figured I’d put this used one on my 1st car and try it out. If it was okay I was planning on buying a second new. Despite me willing to pay their random transfer fee + $125 a year subscription, they ghosted me. So now I have a useless RPLATE and a lot of insight into their company. No worries, I’ll either reverse engineer it or use it for shooting practice on my YouTube page so other people outside their paid off influencer don’t buy these.

In order to update your registration for your car and update the tags on the reviver plate (paying it yourself at DMV or Kiosk), you need to have a plan with them and pay. Nope, that’s not happening, I’ll just request new plates at the dmv and do it normally without having to pay for putting new tags on. Dumb useless app and digital plate.

Horrible customer service. I have sent multiple emails and messages through the app and only heard back when it concerned starting my plate up and services regarding payment back in 2021... Im giving this till the end of july, then im canceling.

I have owned one since they came out even though they where as thick as a small book. Recently I sold a old car called and was helped moving it over to my new car and getting the new plate number on. But now for over a month have been trying to remove my old car via the app with nothing but O it will fall off the 15th nope we met the 29th o well it still has service we can’t interpret it lol. I’m so close to just going back to a standard metal plate then dealing with this 🤦🏻‍♂️

I can’t even add my license plate to my garage. My garage looks empty so I try to add my vehicle once again, only to receive an error message stating that the vehicle is already there… the icon on the upper right corner doesn’t work. The manage your service plans fails to load. This app doesn’t work and I am very sad
