Reviver

No customer service, plate does not sync to Bluetooth or update. Plate has said “DETACHED” for two weeks and zero help from Reviver. You cannot reach anyone at this company. Many emails and voicemails and very support from Reviver. This is a SCAM!!

I was tricked to getting this when I bought my new Chevy Silverado. It is horrible!!! I keep putting in trouble tickets and the representatives are telling me the same thing over and over and over again. Not fixing the problem. Pairing and registering the plate to your account via picture capture or Bluetooth is impossible. Updating the plate with new registration is a painful process. I am extremely unhappy with this.

I set my password, saved it on my phone, logged out of the website and logged back in.. password wrong. Changed it again. Logged out and back in. Password wrong. 4 more times. Same thing. Waited 2 days. Wrong again. Downloaded the app. Password wrong. Clicked forgot password. No email comes. Go back to the website. Password wrong. Reset it again. Go to the app, password wrong. My plate is on its way to me and I can’t even log into the app for a first time. Is this what I can expect from now on?

I’ve had this plate for a year now and have been satisfied. Until now that is. I tried updating my registration and was informed that I did something wrong. I cannot go back through the app to take a new picture. That feature is just unavailable now so I have no idea how to update my tags. Emailed customer service and they said I needed to provide a different picture but I can’t figure out how to do it in the app. I replied to the service rep but have heard nothing so far.

I’ve gone back and forth with them for months trying to get “approved”. I received an email asking for authorization to charge my card ahead of time for the install. I responded via email that I didn’t feel comfortable with paying before I know what company would be assigned to me. After a few days of not receiving a response, I called. They verified that the installer would be Best Buy so I authorized the charge. A few minutes later I received the name and number for a company that is 4 hours away from my home. The company doesn’t even have a website. I am feeling less comfortable with this entire process by the minute.

Have had a recover plate for about two weeks now. Dealer installed on a new car and it’s been nothing but problems from day one. It’s always flashing plate detached and I’ve spent hours troubleshooting the issue with Reviver support. Had the plate reset, reinstalled, re-synced, etc… nothing works. And the app defaults to letting me pick one of two options “plate has been stolen” or “plate has been uninstalled”. App is useless unless I report the plate stolen or removed. Feel like I was sold snake oil.

Just finished setting up my Rplate and everything went very smooth, from following directions (clear as can be) to mount/install to setting up the app. Loving it. ❤️

so i have my physical plates and im trying to sync them to the reviver plate but it won’t work. so i emailed customer service and they are not helping me at all they are just telling the steps to connect it but thoes steps that i’ve been given are not working. is there a phone number i can call???

I like how it brings the aesthetic to my Black Lexus. Simple and easy to put on my car. I’ll give it 10/10.

The customer service is non existent. Do yourself a favor, hard pass.
