Fantastic and functional app, I am using online banking almost 25 years, but this is THE best app I ever had.

Please I been waiting for so long 3 months

It takes two days, and nothing happens. Customer support has closed my account twice because I completely stuck on the initial registration process. I've been signing up for two weeks now, and the initial process is making me upset.

Waiting list period is FREAKING LONG

I been waiting more then 2 months to get email from you that I can login my Account. So Sad !

Well. Great product, but buggy. It’s a pity but will terminate my paid and free account soon. Support talks on elf “polite” language, but never helps. For 48 hours 5 support assistants (I don’t know why it’s not a one assistant per issue) and they keep and keep asking me to do the same things. Like, “please check your privacy settings” or “please press blue button”. But you know what. I described my issue these 5+ times with screenshots, clarifications and what I tried. Well, maybe they think I am mentally disabled. Maybe they are right if I decided to use such a poor quality service. Just warning you: do not change your rev tag to the one you previously used (they suggest it, not me).

Why I sign up using icloud mail cannot receive any mail from the revolut? Please fix the bug please

I’ve been sending money to my home country from Europe, and Revolut process all my transactions in a very fast and convenient way. Big applause to Revolut team to have done such a nice job in satisfying its customer.
