Worst customer service ever
More than 2 months ago I did a transfer from my bank account to Rewire. After such a lengthy time they still can not retrieve the amount. The only English word they know is bounce back for the remainder of the time it is an AI feedback. I highly do not recommend to use their app! I have been using Transferwise and they offer the same service, but cheaper!
Poor customer service!
I complained to them asking them to disburse money i had sent..and it has been 2weeks since they respond with automated messages even after sending screenshots. I discourage the use of it.

Don’t use them to send your money to your home country ever
I had transferred 700nis to India but unfortunately the money didn’t reach to my receiver. Contacted rewires customer support for more than a week but everyday they kept on saying me that they are checking into it without any positive result. I tried to speak with their manager but a fake customer support agent spoke to me as if she is to be the manager there. No correct response regarding where is my money when will I receive it nothing. So if you guys want your hard earned money to go in their pockets kindly use it. Not recommended at all.
