Not working after the update
I already update the latest version everytime I open the apps there is always a pop up that i need to upgrade, but the thing is I already update it. What’s happening? The older version is better.

Denied my registration based on my nationality. (Russian permanently living in Europe)
Horrible service
Do not use this app, they freeze your account for no apparent reason and then ask you to send you bank statement, utility bills and other documentation which they clearly do not need. Their customer service is even worse, I have been asking them to delete my account for 2 days and they just won’t do it… Rewire needs to actually Rewire themselves

Lost money
I am waiting for the response! May 2 I send money to Philippines 20,000 pesos or €365.65 now it’s on process refund? I didn’t cancel it. Where’s the money I send? Is there’s any scam on this app? I send few time awhile a go now I don’t get any response from this hotline. I hope this one can Help. Jemmely

Don’t use them to send your money to your home country ever
I had transferred 700nis to India but unfortunately the money didn’t reach to my receiver. Contacted rewires customer support for more than a week but everyday they kept on saying me that they are checking into it without any positive result. I tried to speak with their manager but a fake customer support agent spoke to me as if she is to be the manager there. No correct response regarding where is my money when will I receive it nothing. So if you guys want your hard earned money to go in their pockets kindly use it. Not recommended at all.
