Was great for a couple month
Then the exercise tracker and options disappeared. It’s the only reason I preferred this one.

This app is a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs. Do not sign up for the one-week trial, as you will end up being charged for an entire month afterward, with no possibility of a refund. To make matters worse, the app itself is completely useless and not worth your time or money.
So far the meal plan is decent but I’m not impressed with the app. App won’t let me put in when I eat something that’s not in the app. The input screen is messed up. Also, it doesn’t let you add in/ track any exercise that’s not a workout from the app.
It’s ok, after week one things start to change. No access to the fitness, then you can’t log your meals. You need to ask them to reset but it doesn’t actually work and then it looks like you aren’t doing the things that are recommended. I also don’t like that you can’t see the past days to see what you did right or wrong to see where you could improve.
I have just turned 66 years of age and have had a normal weight all my years until a few years ago. Menopause hit with no real issues except for middle weight gain. I addressed it with my Physician and all she said was it’s due to menopause and watching your diet. So I don’t eat processed foods except I have a love for chocolate and chips. Eaten all my life with no issues until now. Just diagnosed with pre diabetes. 😢 So I decided to take matters into my own hand and found Reverse Health. Great way to track my weight, food intake and water. Easy recipes to follow. I couldn’t be happier. Any issues with the app or questions their support staff is quick to respond within the app and by email. On my Menopausal journey to better health and wellbeing I am Happy. Thank you to all at Reverse Health for your Support. Gail
After trial Period, they charged me for not sure how long of a subscription and the subscription link is disabled, so I cannot even cancel subscription
The app works, spends too much time trying to load, have had a few updates in 3 months, 1 made no changes, 2 changes didn’t really effect my use and the most recent wiped out my history. Tried to cancel in the app, but that link is broke, tried to connect to “contact us”, that went nowhere - I figured it out eventually, and it appears I have cancelled my subscription. I was using better me, I think I will go back to it - I only switched as I thought this was geared to women in menopause, not really….
I really like the offerings in the app but it takes such a long time for videos to load. I have a new iPhone and fast internet connection so it must be the app. Disappointing. On day 2 and it’s been 15 minutes trying to load the workout.
Despite the workouts being great, the app is broken. Videos stream in a continuous buffering loop without playing. This can actually freeze your phone and require a full forced restart. I've informed the organization of the issues with their app, which they have ignored.
I bought this for chair yoga because I can’t get up & down off the floor. The first exercise you give me are things that have to be done on the floor. Not happy. Glad it was under $20 or I would have asked for my money back.
