Bila pergi rhb pekerja ckp kena book appointment kalau tak nak tunggu. Dah download app. Book appointment pun tak boleh. Keluar “sorry we are experiencing very unusual traffic..bla bla bla.” Dah try lagi sekali pagi, petang, malam. 3 hari lain2. Still keluar benda sama.
Make an appointment but still cant use the ticket number given in the apps bcoz need to queue same as walk in person.
kebanyakkan yg melayan pelanggan adalah security rhb dia mana staff branch? ada juga yg branch org luar yg jaga langsung tak tahu cakap malaysia or inglish.. ada bagus juga ada security rhb sendiri tapi tidak semua.. bila tanya rhb nk jimat kn kos ambil vendor.. rashid hussin bank tapi byk nepal yg berkerja😵💫
Rhb staff in sungai Buloh said cannot make an appointment same day even still has a slot. We call customer service to make confirmation however they said we can make appointment if the slot still available on same day. N then we go to Sri Damansara after book the time slot same day, the staff very helpful and ease our requirement. Eqms system should guide all Rhb staff to supply this service in good way instead of troubling customers. We have limited time to attend bank due to office hour shift. N then the staff just simply said “pls come tomorrow”.
Pekan Baru branch not even run this system. 30min not even run 8 queue number
made an appointment but The staff rearranged the queue manually with their liking.! Waited for 1 hrs after queue number. Useless app for Miri people
