What a suck app! Always ask me to update! But im the latest version

To setup the first time logging is quite complicated as compare with others. Tutorial on youtube also not the latest, suggest to remove. Looking for corporate Id, user id, pin and security token are like a treasure hunting. Apps not support for first time login. But need the secure token from the apps for first time login setup. Hence, need to switch in between web browser and apps. Not sure why as a corporate setup we need a 12 hours cooling period. Understand it may due to security concern. But 12 hours izzit too long? And i believe the cyber security placing in post application is not that effective. It should be more focus on pre-application stage.

This app is not efficient at all. Sometime you can log in, and sometime you log in it just keep on denied your entry by exiting out to your home screen, get it fix please!!!

When I try to login Duitnow QR the app directly crash and cannot be login, it’s been months, please fix

Always crash when trying to log in. Bringing problem to the user. Please improve your apps. Garbage apps, can’t even perform payment during emergency

Been using this app for seven months+. Hated it at first but am appreciating it now compared to other banking apps. For payroll, EPF n Sosco saves me time. In a few months time, I will switch to Reflex for my other companies. But my grouses is the interface is constantly evolving n causes a bit of confusion at times.
