Rheinbahn

App would not allow me to update credit card information. Most of the app is translated to English which is great except the two most important pages are still in German which makes it difficult. Personal information did not translate but was easy to understand and the add payment was more challenging

I give 5 stars because once I figured it out with the help of the receptionist at the hotel I was staying. However, I tried several times to figure out before leaving Canada . Once I arrived I wasted hours at the train station (finally giving up) as the Information desk (main station) was not helpful at all. Told me to go to the bookstore. I went to the bookstore, where 20 people were in line infront of me … not sure how much further the line went once it went up a set of stairs, after waiting 40mins the line never moved!!! Went back in info desk, to the same attendant… maybe should have went to the other one, to see about getting help with the App. Attendant just told me to go back to bookstore. Frustrated I left When I got to my Hotel the receptionist helped me with App. I suggest that app be more friendly for tourist … offered in more languages… I did select English at first, however, it went back to German without option for English I so wish we , Canada, had a beautiful transit system as you have here. Thank you for considering my comments I work in the tourism industry back home and know how frustrating it can be for tourists when they can not figure out their way. Cheers

Ständig falsche Fahrplanauskünfte. Aufälle werden nicht angezeigt. Angezeigte Haltestellen werden nicht angefahren. Schlechter kann eine Bus / Bahn App kaum sein!

Was nützt eine (gut? Relativ gut?) bedienbare App, wenn der Inhalt völlig falsch ist? Beispiel: Am 17.07.24 fiel eine S-Bahn aus, was weder in der App der Rheinbahn, noch in der des VRRs angezeigt wurde - aber auf der Anzeige am Bahnhof (zu spät für den Kunden, aber jetzt kommt’s!) und im DB-Navigator der Deutschen Bahn angezeigt wurde!!! Letzteren benutze ich für regionalen ÖPNV nicht, wollte aber bei der Wartezeit wissen/feststellen, auf wen ich mich verlassen kann - auf die App der Rheinbahn jedenfalls nicht. Und das o.g. Beispiel ist kein Einzelfall bei mir, es ist inzwischen die Regel! => Wie ist das (heutzutage noch) möglich, dass die Infos nicht synchron allen relevanten Apps und den Bahnhofsanzeigen zur Verfügung stehen???

Einzige funktion, die bei den besseren apps fehlt, funktioniert 0. busse sollen live mit verspätungen und ausfällen angezeigt werden. Tatsächlich stehen aber auch 2 busse die hintereinander ausfallen bis zur letzten minute als bestätigt drin. Daher durch die app nicht nur kein mehrwert sondern nur extra stress nachdem man nach der „Bestätigung“ auf den bus wartet, danke dafür

Ich fahre ca 1 mal im Quartal. Die App und die Anmeldung funktioniert sehr häufig leider nicht.

die rheinbahn app ist eine sehr tolle und informative plattform. Durch die genauen angaben der zeiten bleibt man immer auf dem neusten stand und ich komme viel seltener zu spät. allerdings werden die angaben teilweise nicht rechtzeitig aktualisiert und dies ist sehr irreführend! ansonsten toll!

Alter schwäde mein Bus der 05 hatte unglaubliche 3 min Verspätung das kann nicht wahr sein . Das nächste mal gehe ich vor Gericht

Persönliche Daten laden. Nicht. Zahlungsmittel kann somit nicht hinterlegt werden. Am Ende das Ticket beim Busfahrer kaufen müssen.

Die Bahnen kommen nie in der App steht was anders als auf den Anzeigetafeln
