The ID vitrification error
The camera is very poor and can’t take the picture of ID while i verify my identity, i use iPhone 15 12 pro max with higher HD camera but when i try to verify my identity even the tax on ID can’t be readable! I try in many different places and different times. Please fix this bugs !

I use this app for 4 years. Everything was good and efficient, until last week the amount of the transfer was paid, (500€) but the transfer could not be processed. If you contact their support team, they ask you to provide them with your data and the data of the transfer. And they do just NOTHING Please if you don’t want to start a juridical process and go to the police just for making a transfer. So just use an other application like Taptap send or money wise
Werkt niet met KBC bank België
Er is een probleem waardoor je geen geld kan verzenden.

Vraagt privé inkomsten op, pensioen documenten en nee daar doe ik niet aan mee. Foei Ria. Bescherm u maar achter het wettelijke. Hahaha. Ik stuurde uw een e-mail al vanaf de eerste dag 30 januari. We zijn nu 7 dagen later en ik heb mijn geld nog steeds niet terug !!!!! Annulering was van 30 jan !!!
I feel the scam me
So , few moths ago I downloaded this app cuz I don’t have time to go the offices and send money to my family . Since everything works online and I actually love to do everything online. I decide to download the app cuz I think it’s way easier for people like me while barely have time To do errands . So the first 5 times I used to send money to my family in Colombia , first time did work so good and I just loved it and trusted it . So I did it 3 times more or 4 I don’t remember … well I didn’t use the app for few months cuz my phone was broken and I had another phone . Until I had to sue the app again (trusting it will work as before ) I did download the app and log in with my info and did all the proces to send the money . When I had to pay I don’t know what happens , it took the money from my bank account and never send the money !!!!! And when I wanted to log in again , never let me go to my profile !!! It said it was an error 135€ gone !!! How am I going to get back my money ??? I really need answers !!!
Issue
I use this application for sending money but now I can’t even open the application. I’ve tried to delete the app an install one more time but the the screen keeps loading. No idea what’s wrong.
