Richmond Moves

Richmond moves is a wonderful idea and fantastic program but there is a need improvement. The app itself and the workers on call are super confusing and/or frustrating. The calls are prolonged by readdressing information, spelling, etc... Of course it will take longer than the app but it shouldn’t take too long for something that takes one second. The annoying part is when they ask you whether you have the app or not which is unnecessarily, I wouldn’t be calling if the app is available. Moving onto the app itself it’s direct and easier to work with rather than calling people. The catch is it’s not easy to keep up with. When you book a ride everything you need to know - drivers/ car info time and pickup. There has been numerous amounts of times that I booked a street(an exact corner) and the app picks a different location. What’s the point of filling out location if you’re going to use a different one. Last but not least the app can be laggy. I have to make sure I am refreshing the app every second in order to get an accurate time.

The servers are always down or they don’t have enough drivers.

Great driver and smooth ride. The only lacking thing is the driver or the app DON’T know if the car is already full of passengers.

Both times I’ve scheduled a ride, the app confirms it and gives me an ETA. It even gives me a 10 minute warning, but both times I’ve called the driver and they have no record of receiving a ride request. I have no idea what the 10 minute warning is based on because the ride hasn’t moved on the map. This is literally it’s only function and I can’t trust that I have a ride. I won’t be using this again until it’s fixed.

Servicio pronto y barato

This is a good service and a good alternative that bridges the gap between buses and other rideshare services however, it doesn’t even cover all of Richmond let alone going to many popular places like El Cerrito Plaza for example. It would be a lot more useful to people if it had a wider coverage area.

This service is a blessing to the community the driver was very nice clean car arrived in 5 minutes and very safe 🙌🏻our family will be using this service and recommending others to do so .Thank you to the city of Richmond and Mayor Butt✊🏼
