Great app to use by wifi

First off, doesn’t support paper type selection. So user needs to push each job thru manually at the machine due to a paper type mismatch. Easily feature to implement but seem like Ricoh just won’t. FAIL. It’s limited in file types that it can print meaning you usually have to find a way to export something into PDF or a JPEG before printing. You can print emails thru the app but you have to register your email account in the app. I find that annoying but I believe this is due to apps security restrictions on 3rd party apps accessing your email. Some PDFs that print fine on a PC will not print thru the app. Usually it’s because it’s a large PDF or the content of the PDF is too complex. The same usually happens on the Ricoh when printing from a thumb drive so it might be less to due with this app and more to due with the PDF Direct print software on the machine itself. All together is not a very good app. Thankfully I rarely need to print from phone/tablet.

Right now with this version, unable to print photos from my library ( iphone). The App is closing. Bug fix?

The app has become less glitchy, but they could make two small improvements. I use the app from my iPhone almost exclusively and it is difficult to change the quantity for printing because of the cursor placement at the extreme right edge of the screen. You really have to fight with it. Second, there are hundreds of docs in my scan folder and rather than putting new files at the top of the list, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to get the latest doc and then all the way back up to navigate within the app. Not convenient

Customers tend to need training on the app but it’s reliable and straight forward. Could use an overhaul to match the tablet op panels now. -Certified Ricoh Tech

Easy to set up and install. Be it an mp201 or an imc6000. QR for the new tablet style operation panels or IP manual set up for the older generation. Pulls images from messages, email, photo gallery and web sites. This app does the job. GUI could be modernized. If you lack a basic understanding of networking then you should not blame the app for your blatant ignorance or general ineptitude! My 9 year daughter operates the app without issue. What could be the excuse of all these one and two star reviewers?

Wow. What a terrible app, paired with a terrible print process.

Not intuitive at all. We got the printing to work without AirPrint and Bonjour protocol, which is nice, since our printers are not on the same network as the mobile device.
