False advertising
First try. 15 min wait then old van shows up looking nothing like the one in the app. Certainly didn’t seem electric. 2nd try a: try to get picked up at toasted monkey together back home from where we wer dropped off. 40 mins later still no ride so we walked back home! Only good thing was the cost. Nothing. But it’s said you get what you pay for. How true
Electric cars only???
This app is only for “electric cars”? What? Sooooo racist ☹️. We’ll talk in about 10 years when they’re all dead on the side of every road , sorry not sorry. Thank you for a great idea , executed so badly it reeks 🙏🏽💜
Glitchy app
It lost my password and was supposed to send me a link to change it. It never came, despite three tries. It also cancelled one pickup I was waiting for. However, the two drivers I had were very nice. PerryVee
