Such a commendable service, but the app belies the real waiting time, so leads to frustration instead of appreciation . I’ve tried to use this app twice and after waiting double the time I was initially quoted, I cancelled and took an Uber instead. Perhaps more cars/drivers are required to make this work.

And nobody answers your email To help resolve! Disappointing

Works fine for UK numbers when you use the international dialling prefix (+44). Registered easily and received the verification text within seconds.

Tried to sign up for the free lift shares, however it is not possible to sign up with a UK number which is disappointing!

The worst service ever, its free but terrible service and worst politic, I prefer pay uber

Awesome just perfect

The idea of this service is amazing. When it works… it’s perhaps the greatest service of all time. HOWEVER the timing and messaging system needs dramatic improvements. Although it tells you an estimated time, is very hard to tell when your ride is arriving. Half of the time the ETA the app provides is completely inaccurate. To be clear, I’m not complaining about the service, lack of drivers or cars. I just think the app itself can do a much better job of communicating and updating the timing.

With this latest update the app is broken. It works for your first ride, but then the next time you open the app, it prompts your to review your driver, the app crashes and you are stuck on a white screen unable to do anything
