RideYellow - Your taxi app

I get an error message when trying to add a credit card, tried 2 different cards & got same message. Selected option to pay in cab but then when I tried to schedule a ride the button was greyed out. Called yellow cab to try to schedule over the phone & I got an automated system which wouldn’t schedule the ride & there was no way to get a human on the phone. Gave up & got an Uber.

ARRIVED LATE FOR PICKUP TO AIRPORT AND NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER ABOUT ARRIVAL TIME. TAXI REEKED OF MARIJUANA . VERY CONCERNING.

I was able to order cabs but couldn’t add a card to pay. Also a cabbie couldn’t end the ride and I had to sit in a smelly car while the driver figured things out with dispatch and had to contact a supervisor. The ride closed out without having me pay so they had to charge me on their own card for it.

It crashes whenever you try to add payment method

Like others have stated, I also cannot add my credit card to my account. So I am unable to take advantage of the app discounts. Unfortunately, I will not be using the app because of this.

I had to wait for a driver to pick me up, and when it was confirmed, they took a long time. The ETA said 4 minutes, and 20 minutes passed while I was still waiting. I had to cancel and order an Uber. Last thing, when you contact customer service, they are rude and sarcastic. Do not download; it's not worth the price.

Everything seems good except you can't add a credit card

This app doesn’t work well when it comes to adding payment, which is does not allow, even though you need to add it or promo codes don’t work. When I try adding credit cards it says “Error: you don’t have sufficient permissions to call this method”. When I call customer service, they hang up after several rings, every time.

We called a Ride Yellow driver around 6 PM to transport my sister, Elaria, who is a patient using an oxygen tank. The nurse informed the driver that Elaria would be out shortly, and asked him to wait. However, the driver canceled the ride without notifying us. This is not acceptable, as my sister’s oxygen tank is running low, and we do not have any more tanks available. Her condition is critical, and we rely on timely transportation. Canceling without any communication put her health at serious risk. That’s really bad service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The code never generates so the discount isn’t possible. Slick scam.
