Can't use unless you have a us phone number, so useless for visitors.

We’ve used this app and referred it to lots of our friends. Today we will have to take it all back. Booked a scheduled ride for an airport trip. Got a confirmation text when scheduled. Got another confirmation text today. No cab ever showed. Ordered another cab for an immediate pickup, trip confirmed, again no pickup. After texting and calling still no pickup. Called another cab company, they showed in 5 minutes. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Won’t use them again.

I’m a Senior and have the Lomita Dial-A-Ride program. It’s easy to book a ride and the drivers are excellent. I highly recommend this service.

Yellow Cab was 20-minutes late when your Driver Steven called saying he was still 8-minutes out. No apology just HIS view that we had time to get to the Airport. Your Driver has NO idea how much time we need as HIS only job was to arrive at 5:10am as Confirmed by your App. Good bye.

U guys take forever finding a driver for the customer it’s crazy I had to wait almost an hour

This service was a complete let down. They left my 85 yr old mother stranded at 2:30 am. I ended up calling her a Lyft last minute and got her a cheaper ride within 5 minutes.

In general I had great service with Ride Yellow. Two days ago, Worse instance from airport, once I gave driver trip code, driver speed through streets, school was being let out with crossing guards, driver mumbling flying over bumps, stopping abruptly and threw my luggage flat out of trunk onto street when he arrived at my address. I did not converse with him being fearful he was headed for an accident, I prayed all the way home. It’s been two days but no response from company on my rating of ride and or complaint I wrote. Very disappointing service.

I have consistently tried to schedule rides in the morning to the airport and I have consistently been left sitting at the curb until I bite the bullet and request an uber/lyft instead. Use it for the trip codes from the airport as they are still magnitudes cheaper than the rideshare apps (they don’t have to show up, they are already there)

The app is supposed to send a code which I never got even after requesting one over 10 times

Scheduled a ride that was supposed to arrive in 7 minutes. App was good to show us where driver was. When we saw car approaching after 20 minutes we all but jumped out in front of him. We waved and even banged on the window but he shook his head and refused to pick us up. His comment on our “trip” was that we were no shows and we were charged with a tip added for the ride we didn’t get. Use any other ride service but don’t use this one! We almost missed our appointment that was the whole reason we came to LA.
