Right Bite

Very bad application. We can’t chat or contact anyone. Also we can’t change the meal plan. Not easy to see what we put off for our meal meal day.

I had booked 2 meal plans for which was charged 2 deposits for the cooler bags. The plan was completed around 10th April 2024 and in spite of multiple contacts with their support team and assurance that the deposit would be refunded, I am still waiting for a resolution! Note: I have received one refund on 25/04/2024 but the second deposit refund seems to be lost in translation!!!

Not satisfied

I tried right bite before but then wanted to try something new, so I went ahead and subscribed with Calo, but one week in and I couldn’t continue with them (no offense) so i went back to right bite and my tongue and pallets is just sooooo happy. I especially love the madeline hazelnut, the truffle and everything else, even the salad tastes like heaven. I really hope I will lose weight with the help of right bite

The service is OK overall, but the quality of their service was disappointing compared to how Right Bite kicked off in the market. Food quality is neutral, so if you’re looking for a place to serve your meals with less calories without indulging your appetite, then go for it. Taste is bland and flavorless. Menu is so boring and repetitive, the app is user friendly where you can select your meals from a very limited list. Only one day out of the twenty days I was lucky to enjoy the breakfast meal, but was disappointed when I received the order the next day. The photos they use could be a bit mis-leading. They can do better.

My first order was not what I selected. The APP does not give an option to complain or leave feedback. There is no number to call you directly on your APP. You guys are cheating your clients.

No fun, repetitive

Hello hi I’m a member for lose weight 40 days plan and this is the third days for me. I started from 1 February and I select my meal through the Rightbite app . I faced two issues The delivery time that I chose from 7 PM to 9 PM and now is 10:45 pm almost. they didn’t get the food Badly. I was trying to contact them on weekend they only answer until 1:00 PM so I don’t know who my contact with to get direct answer for my delay food Then I sent an email to them.
