Very service
My old British telecom phone number that we have had for 45 years old (with an SS attached to it) was transferred to my new account with Ring Central, we were informed every step of the way and are happy with the outcome, the new digital system is easy to use and works well, thank you Ring Central.
This app would not connect with my desktop ring central and blocked all external calls coming to my iPhone, had to delete app after numerous calls to support with no resolution.

Quality of calls aren’t great despite using 4/5g … call waiting / queue has irritating notification and sounds - would not recommend
I had a few members of staff using our RingCentral account. When one left, I tried to remove their subscription. This isn’t possible via the app, nor via the support bot. No. I have to call their support line and sit on hold. I can ADD services via the admin panel, but cannot remove them, except via a support phone call. Very dodgy business practices.
Horrendous application, half of the functionality is not there compared to the previous application. RingCentral are aware of bugs and issues from day 1 of release and it’s documented also..Yet they still forced customers over by locking them out of the old application. I am VERY unhappy with this
