We’ve had many problems with the app and service, from connectivity to phones that keep ringing after someone else answers the call to hard phones displaying wrong info. Support is spotty at best, we’ve even been told that our problem needs to be upvoted before they will fix it. Smarmy ‘we’re sorry’ auto generated replies don’t help.

Update: Turns out EVERYTHING is say to easy to tap when you are on a call without using speaker phone. I was just on a call and had my ear to my phone and it would not stop vibrating like buttons were being pressed. Two times in a row it tapped the speakerphone button and I was shocked with my callers EXTREMELY loud voice right in my ear. And now my ear is ringing and I have a horrible headache. PLEASE fix this. This is AWFUL. 😓 The AI Notes button is WAY too easy to press and I keep turning it on by mistake when I hold my phone up to my ear, confusing my clients. Please create an option to disable it on the dial pad please! otherwise, the app works fine.

Worse than Onetalk with Verizon. Started this software for business. Miss calls frequently and don’t receive emergency texts or calls for business. Pay over $315 a month for mass volume and upgrades. Worked with IT support over 6 times with no resolution or reason for missed SMS or calls. Absolute worst software and service.

Please add a dark app icon option

I like the app, but now that you can set default callers on iPhones I would love to be able to do that

Forcing an area code (i.e. +1 in the U.S.) negates the ability to text non standard format numbers, rendering authentication measures useless. Add in the persistent call quality and notification related issues, and it’s not exactly fun to use.

Doesn’t help

They made it impossible to cancel. To the point where I have to cancel my card because they won’t stop trying to charge it even though the number was ported away a while ago. Even the customer support agent said she didn’t have the ability to cancel it and none of her managers did either. Ridiculous

No longer displays callers phone number when ringing or in call log. How stupid is that. Quit wasting time on new useless features until you get the basics working

They will charge you hidden fees. They false advertise the cost of service. They have terrible support. They’ve hung up on me twice today while trying to investigate an errant charge. Ready to cancel! Gonna ask AmEx for a chareback, because RingCentral is a total scam.
