Impressive functionality
The app is great and intuitive. I get what I want and even more. There is maybe one thing missing and that is more types of sports and activities. But that is not really a problem for me.

The app is really good and accurate. Also easy to understand. I would just like a lot if they would put more exercise options like “pilates” “swimming” “boxing” “yoga” “hiit” and not only run, walk and circle ☺️
It would be great if you could also receive the notification that the ring's battery is almost empty outside the app. I only get it when I go into the app. It has often happened to me that I haven't looked at the app for a few days and then realized that the battery has been empty for a day.
The app is great, but trust is damaged a bit. In v2.4, the App suddenly took information from the clipboard on every activation of the app screen. At the version history, the change back is documented as bug fix. Well…
The ring improves within months: since the release in February 2023 the software made a huge jump and the most important thing is: they listen to their customers and implement suggested options or new adds! Widgets are already live :) thank you RingCoon! I’m excited about the new things to come! P.S. and not to forget: no subscription fee forever 😍
Loved the ring at first but the battery life has absolutely tanked. I’m now charging it every other day. Not sure if it’s related to a recent update or just the age as I nabbed it pretty early on.
Ring Conn Please bring a feature if you take certain pills the ring will monitor your heart rate and your information with the pills, but it will enter the data and then when you enter the data and if you do take the pills if you don’t so that you understands in the system what you take so that it understands that collected data why you have a high heart rate or whatever you take so that the system knows and understand your data within the information when you take your and it understands the information so basically the Ring will understand that you take those pills so that when it’s monitoring your heart rate or everything they understand why you’re getting those data so it can collect the date of the pills and collect the date of the other information when you wear the ring on your finger, so understands your pattern when you take And the so it basically patterns when you take certain pills so that in your body and in your system, the ring understands your pattern so it just doesn’t guess on your heart rate if you have a high heart rate of low heart rate so it’s collecting the data with the pills so it knows if that’s in your system and knows to monitor that as well and monitor your other patterns if you take a nighttime pill or if you take a morning pill or whatever pills you take so I understand in your system when it’s monitoring your heart rate and all your other levels say enter the date of the pills and then it clicks the data. It says thank you for entering the data. We will understand to use that data to build a analyzing system so I understand when you do take those pills if the rent detects that that to understand that data as well.
I love my ring conn. It’s everything I wanted and nothing I didn’t. No annoying vibration or smart watch telling to breathe. Plus I never have to take it off. Sleep tracking is essential. The app is free. Updates are great. Highly recommend.
I love my RingConn. I work in an industry that doesn’t allow smart watches and this was an alternative I tried. I couldn’t be happier. I doubt I would use a smart watch even if I could now. It’s easy to use and gives me all my health data, especially steps.
The app has what you need to track sleep and other health metrics. The sleep apnea is a nice addition although I wished it could recognize workouts like a run. The Aura Ring 4 does even though you pay a small monthly fee for the app. I use both rings and still trying to decide. I enjoy the metrics on the Aura App more. But, if you don’t want to pay for an app use the RingConn. Also like the slimmer design of the RingConn 2 over the Aura Ring 4. I wear a Garmin Fenix 8 which is bulky so anything else I wear that can be minimalist is best. In conclusion it’s a decent app. Has what you need for sleep tracking etc. my only gripe is it doesn’t auto recognize: workouts.
