Ok but niggly

This app needs debugging. When you zoom in on your paddle or wave it keeps crashing / screen goes all wavey. Needs a few more options on the tracking other exercise. Like running. Running should have speed per km breakdown. Just needs the extra 10-20% effort and it will be great.

Helpful for progression

Great to be able to see my progress as a surfer. Being able to track how many waves per session and seeing that increase with ability has been and is still awesome. Watch and App also gives a few little gems of info for bragging rights with the crew. If you want a watch that has tide functions you might as well spend a little more and have all the extras like wave count, speed etc. Only downside is sometimes the app has a little freak out but nothing major to worry about 🤙

Was enjoying the watch/ app until 3rd day in g-land stopped syncing

Doesn’t work with Apple Watch?

This would be great if it worked with Apple Watch, but unfortunately, no. Target market, reach and engagement would be 1000x better if it did. This app is paying a hefty strategy tax trying to prop up the Rip Curl Watch. Set it free!

Sick app

Sick app for logging your surfs, surf shot photos and stats. Would be awesome if you could add fin types to the boards also when entering surf details. Chur.
