Cant get past the terms and conditions page

Just says an error occurred. Tried severL times. Obviously hitting decline isnt an option, but feels like that’s what you want me to click. Harsh Also happens if I try and sign in via the website. Wow

Unusable

Awful glitchy app totally unusable, seems to get worse with updates, just crashes every time I open it currently on iOS 16.1.1 DO NOT BUY the watch if you want to actually use it’s track surfs Sort it out rip curl?

App crashing

Worked brilliantly to begin with, now everytime I open it crashes Have emailed rip curl support still awaiting reply

Other watches and apps are better

Often freezes when in use. Being able to track wave duration as well as distance would be useful.

Does what it says on the tin

Great app, does as described. Can sometime be a little slow and the watch itself throws up some interesting data

Sporadic

Sometimes watch will sync with this app sometimes it takes numerous tries and sometimes it won’t sync at all. When it works it’s very good info but just too unreliable.

One trick pony

This was bought the gps 2 watch as a Xmas present and it is fantastic as an easy to use surfers watch, but the app really limits the functionality to only that. Making it an expensive single purpose gadget. As per previous reviews, the app could be expanded with sort functions e.g locations, top speed, longest waves etc. Plus separate surfs from running, swimming etc. If the watch could be used with other apps (e.g. strava) then it may also appeal to a wider audience. Poor App makes watch useless

RIP Curl You wasted my money the app and watch connection is shocking poor for such a big company very disappointed with all the issues

Frustrating problems

Slow and clunky but eventually gets there. Has anyone else on earth managed to get the swell and wind to sync properly so it displays on the watch?

Needs improvement!

Needs updating in line with Search GPS 2 Watch. At present all activities are recorded as surfs. Would be nice to see information relating to other activities such as pace, elevation etc. I am trying to sync my watch with the wind units as MPH but won’t change to anything other than knots. Would be awesome to be able to search by location too, to see who else surfs there and how they perform! Ability to export GPS as GPX file data would be extremely useful and is something I’d love to see in the future!
