Support personnel cant read or write english and close support requests unresolved

Why ?
Resurrection
1. Menu for investing resources in resurrection closes by itself repeatedly. 2. Required resources for resurrection is calculated for the whole troops number not for the percentage being resurrected. So unless I am using candles, I pay 100% of required resources and get only 30% of troops
Problem
There are many items at the alliance shop and In the new event of Egypt queen have a picture of question mark and I don’t know how to solve it ?
