When I have ask for refund they have block the account and only when I pay again the have unblock the game .Nice policy you have .
The developers only priority is to insert more and more money features in the game. Every singly new aspect brought to the game is related to spenders. If you dont expect to pay real money in a mobile game, do not even bother to download it. Last but not least, the developers are missleading the players by adding new features without explaining how much this new feature will cost (real money) and whilst your credit card is charged, their reply to you is “you have signed terms and conditions upon joining the game so next time pay more attention to it”. The above is copy paste from their customer support center, lol.
A game that was advertised 3 years ago as “are you tired of pay to win games? Then join ROE” nowadays made us all addicted of paying asking money in every little aspect of game with some of us paying thousands of euros per year to superspenders who pay up to 200-300K per season of 2 months!!! As many report! Terrible. For that it gets 3/5 stars for me and for the terrible bot support that it provides. Other than that is a very nice and well designed game.

The game has nothing to do with the old game shown in the videos making fun of the players. make it as it used to be and show it in your videos or change the videos. I finally said one of the old games but even at 0.5% it is not the same.
Nice addicted game, like he old rise of empires. 3 stars for not implementing the Greek Translation.
