App crashes when try to format sd card

Really piss poor, how do I get my money back

Non stop crashing of the app. Almost impossible to use it or view videos. The app needs a modern overhaul and lots of bug fixing.

The app does not connect to the camera. Not matter what you do, it won’t connect. The camera cost a lot of money which is now going to be returned! Shame….

Well the dashcam itself is fine, but the app is unusable. Trying to view a video is impossible as it always scrolls back too fast and too far. I end up taking the SD card out and putting it into tablet if I need a video file. Next time I’m in the market for a dashcam, based on the app alone I would not purchase one again from Road Angel.

A bit laggy when down loading a clip but good overall for what you need

Tried to connect the dash cam to the app however just kept spitting me to the apps settings in the phone and wouldn't pick up the cam. Had to use another app instead but means I don't get the features such as speed

This app is dreadful. So complicated and not fit for purpose . The help line sends you to India and again useless. I would NEVER have bought if I had been aware of this. Poor customer service and as said useless app.

Trying to review footage is horrific. App freezes and needs to be reopened. Doesn’t seem to record all journeys. Needs an overhaul if you’re still going to make and sell these products. I’m going elsewhere as this is unusable.

Over complicated, very difficult to navigate. Instructions are confusing and incomplete. I regret buying aa Halo Pro.
