With Robin’s mobile app, you can find spaces and desks in your office fast to get your best work done.

This is a companion app to Robin, and your company must have an account set up.

As you walk into your office, book a desk to work from for the day right off an interactive map within the Robin app. Get a glance at your daily schedule, with more detailed info on what conference rooms your meetings are taking place in. Find an available meeting room on the fly without having to open your laptop, and review a room’s photo and amenities so you know exactly what to expect in the space.

Works fine for me, including SSO

Downloaded the app, entered my work email address at the first screen which redirected me to my company’s SSO login page. That then went through straight away (after the usual MFA code request), and then managed to book a desk straight away with no problem. Other floors loaded up quickly too. No problem whatsoever for me. Am typing this review after booking a desk straight after downloading the app, so haven’t used it for a long time.

The slowest app you will ever find

Very slow and laggy. It takes the app 5-10 seconds (or sometimes forever) to load a calendar, while any phone can show calendar without needing internet. Switching between offices/floors also takes several seconds. Not to mention frequent issue of double bookings on the app/web. But users review does not matter because as long as they signed the contract with a company, they got no interest to please you afterwards. I can anticipate this company die soon whenever there is a decent competitor.

Very laggy and slow

I find it quite laggy and slow when it comes to booking desks.

Easy to book a desk and find my teammates

Pretty straightforward when I just want to find when my coworkers are coming in and I need a desk for the day

It just does motnworm

App installed but does not let anyone log in. Even IT tried and gave up. Have to go through laptop browser to be able to book.

Installed - sso login - desk booked, very smooth process.

Can’t book a desk

The whole point of the app is to be able to reserve a desk but the app won’t let you.
