Reliable
Great product has not failed in 15 years of use!
Better than my memory
I’ve been using RoboForm now for about 10 years. Each update it gets a little bit better. I like it because I don’t have to remember passwords and it creates some pretty strong passwords anywhere from 12 to 40 characters. It’s great. One of the best features I believe is when it will analyze your passwords and let you know that you should not be re-using the same password over and over again

Wouldn’t want to be without my RoboForm!
Is either hacked or broken
Has been deleting or changing my account password and not permitting me to update. No response except via robots. Am now seeking a password manager which has the efficiency and convenience that LastPass had for years before they downgraded their service too.
Poor Customer Service Options
I just recently purchased a subscription for this app after considering switching from the password manager I have been using for 14 years. I need help changing a set up option I chose when first using the app and am unable to find the answer. I have additional questions as well. The app states a chat option is available with a callback function and I have tried to no avail to find how to initiate a chat. The manual has not been helpful and is burdensome. I filled out and submitted a contact form days ago and haven’t heard one peep. This is very frustrating and I may want a refund if someone from Roboform does not contact me today.
Getting worse
First, I’m not able to play Raul at the top of my screen. Now, placing RoboForm at the bottom of my screen with an extension is a constant maintenance. Also, customer service has gotten worse. It is impossible to reach people and get a straight answer The “most popular “feature has totally stopped working. Now the windows has its own password manager. I think I might try that.
Confused
Had RoboForm for years and trying to share with my wife’s phone. Think I might have just purchased a new subscription on her phone which might not have been needed.
Not understanding
I’ve loaded app but can’t follow what I’m supposed to now
Customer support is atrocious!
RoboForm is an exceptional program. I have used it for 17 years, and will continue to use it. There is no way that I can find to speak to a human when you are having a problem that can’t wait. If the answer is not in the support documentation or you are not sure what to call the problem the best you can hope is you will receive a call back. However, many times you can’t wait. It is a shame to have such a great program with such terrible customer service.
