The password manager is great with multi device usability but the main problem I have with it is that when you click on the item you want to get a password for, it directs you to that website in their own browser. Whereas all I want is to just copy the password or user name. It is more troublesome to open up the item and then copy password. Takes too many steps. I used to be a paid member but switched to Bitwarden as it is free and effectively does the same thing, without this annoying browser opening up and wasting my time. Why would I use their browser when I am already using edge or chrome?
Really disappointed , no action taken
Even the app was good, but I feedback bugs for more than 2 month and confirmed by email return. There is nothing to update again. Does this company closed? Consider to remove it soon

Good option
It's a good option to others of its kind. Fairly simple to use although users must remember to sync - auto sync function is not exactly "auto". But I like it and it's useful for managing many passwords.

RoboForm is one of the most useful apps I have ever used.
False Sense of Security
This app requires an online account before you could use it. Seriously, you shouldn't entice people to save all their passwords online. We just need to save our passwords locally on our device. The description of the app doesn't even mention types of encryption used or available.
