Tediously long process to download app / create account etc just to order food. Makes sense if you’re going to be a regular. Very annoying as a one off visitor.

Super helpful staff , usual great food

Great customer service and very speedy on delivery of food . I would recommend this place to anyone local or just visiting . All of the food is locally sourced as well which supports the local community .!

App is very easy to use. Gluten free menu items are included and were found with ease. Much more efficient than queuing up to pay.

The app is becoming the standard journey for pubs and restaurants on the Covid era. But registration still annoying and it should support Apple ID on iPhones to speed up the process

The terrace on the Front at Dartmouth should have been done years ago also app brilliant Hope the Council let you keep this option in the future more like the med brings the front alive

Disappointing treatment when requested to go to toilet that policy would not allow due to COVID and we hadn’t sat down yet for food. We subsequently did. I find it amazing that management manage to find rude staff at the door even for customers who were waiting for a table. Lucky location otherwise this place would struggle.
