The app works good when you are logged in Lately, every time I go to open the app, I have to login,very inconvenient. Hopefully that will be a fix for this soon.
I have Rogers for everything, and have had the alarm now for going on 6 years. Why can’t they fix the app? I constantly have to re log in, and it’s constantly asking for my preferences. Send notifications? Face ID? I answer these questions daily. Just no improvement on the app.
Edit again: I was able to get the verification code from my husband and it won’t sign in! Just spins forever. Totally typical of this useless app and completely useless alarm system. I guess I just won’t set my alarm today. Editing because this app continues to disappoint me! Today it required an update before I could sign in. That sucks when you are trying to disarm your system so you can enter your house without setting off the alarm. Once it updated, as usual it forgot all of my log in credentials so I had to go through that again. But the best part is now it requires a verification code. Great, except my family shares the app because this is for an alarm system and now I cannot sign in because the code goes to either my husbands phone or his email. We do have a indoor keypad but sometimes that freezes during an alarm and then you are hooped. I would like to echo that the worst issue, mentioned below, is still an issue although seems to be a bit better than before. We’ve also recently had a random false alarm at 4am because a battery died with zero warning. Just a garbage system and an awful app, if we move we will 100% switch alarm systems. Previous review: Too many times I have had to set my alarm off entering my house because the app won’t work. Either there’s an issue with my account, or the app freezes, or the server is down. Multiple times I then try to disarm my alarm with my keypad which then freezes. Then we have to phone to cancel the alarm. At this rate, I’d rather just not have an alarm. It’s useless if I cannot reliably disarm and arm it. It’s been years so there’s really no excuse for such a low quality app, especially since we pay monthly for this. Will likely cancel and find another system.
I needed to access my Home Security and I’m forced to update the app. No advance notifications, nothing. Just update the app or forget about your home security wort $65 a month. And surely the app will loose my credentials after this update as it always did. No improvement for the last 4 years I’ve been with this app
Constant issues with app. Can’t connect to any cameras (and yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled). Also don’t understand how in 2023 you need to manually delete each video. How hard is it to implement a select button to let you quickly select all?
This app is terrible. It always signs me out and it is very slow.
I just has my system installed two days ago and I’m still trying to sign into my account on the app and it’s not letting me sign in and it’s saying there is a problem with my account and to sign in again. This has been happening for days now and still have no been able to sign in. Why am I paying for something I can’t even use.
Junk app! Does Rogers not test its app updates before releasing it? Same errors as before! For one year it’s the same! Please stop telling us to reinstall, reboot and reset! It’s from you’re end not ours! Can’t view live feeds, no notification alerts, I have to use the touchpad device at home! What’s the point of have this app on the go when 9/10 it’s not loading! Epic failure!
Current APP update has error when you log in. Need to get sent a code and it does not work. FIX IT!!!!!!
