When clicking through all the units it always makes you start from the beginning after taking an action. Clicking through the city’s when they are open always uses the same ordering and is thus way faster. For the units it becomes a serious grind in the late game to make sure you moved all the units, especially because it always makes you start from the beginning. I would have reported this elsewhere, but the support website didn’t have an e-mail address, just FAQ‘s. If support reaches out, I can send you screenplay.
