Not sure why the app is so atrociously bad compared to the web app. Can’t be that hard, because most of the issues I have are with basic functionality. For instance, why can I reassign the sales rep on the web app but not the iOS app? Why can I view all of the notes on the web app, but not the iOS app? Why is the map so bad on the web app, but works fine on the app? There are just so many inconsistencies that you end up having to use both just to do your job and it’s a major PITA. Why can I leave a note on a job in the web app if a different sales rep is assigned to the job, but I can’t leave not on the iOS app? It’s so dumb. You know what else is so dumb about this app? If someone else has already pinned an address, there is no way for you to do anything on that pin. You can’t change the rep, you cannot add notes, literally nothing.

App is extremely difficult to use. Can’t easily navigate from one screen to another poor development. lots of features that seem to halfway work. App logged me out for no reason. using the correct login still can’t re-login. This app is extremely confusing. why I’m paying this much for an app that logged me out without any warning. Lots of critical information that I can’t get to I think I’m going to cancel this app and get my money back. it’s a waste of time they’re development team is piss poor.

IHave worked for a few companies that had apps you would use for your job. This is by far the best one I have used! It keeps all the info you need for customers and jobs at your fingertips in an organized fashion! You are able to draw up a roof , give quotes, cash bids , locate information on storms that have hit areas and many other helpful tools are available! I definitely give it a 5 out of 5

It seems like UX in the design was not really thought from all angles. If I’m a sales rep or dale manager, then the app deserves a solid 4 stars …. Maybe. For individual use like your assigned to-dos or tagged events… it seems the app doesn’t cover those needs.

The app was iffy when first launched but it has improved big time and continues to. Pay No mind to the early bad reviews.

Every time I click log in the app crashes

App is trash. You have to do most things through a browser. I wouldn’t use it if our company didn’t use this as their CRM. Here are a few problems I’ve noticed in the past 3 months. 1. When you create a note in an account: it’s a 50/50 chance that note won’t load. I’ve lost so many notes that now after every note I have to copy it, so when it doesn’t post I can go back in and paste that same note and pray it posts this time. 2. Pictures won’t load and app crashes during process of uploading. Which we all know can be a pain when your on a roof. 3. App crashes constantly and kicks you out. 4. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times because of errors and bugs. 5. ITS HORRIBLE ON IPHONE!!! 6. Some days it’s so slow or just not functioning correctly that I have to write stuff down and then wait til I get home or upload things to my laptop or desktop when I’ve gotten home for the day. Extremely annoying. 7. Recently switched to company cam because of the problems. Rooflink now has a sync to company cam. First time I used it, I thought this is great, at least this fixes the picture taking problems…. Until I created a few projects, did a complete roof inspection, loaded pics, saved and tagged all pics for them to not show up into the rooflink file. More frustration! 8. There are more issues also, but these are the most common our entire team complains about. I’m not writing this review because I want to detour people from using it, I’m writing in the hopes they fix the multiple errors and bugs this app has.
