I ordered a room with free cancellation and after less than an hour I asked to cancel.They’re haven't answered me until this moment and I don't have the option to cancel via the website or my email. It’s impossible to catch them by phone also. The hotel I chose is in the wrong location so I wanted to cancel. They ruined my vacation and took my money! Soon I won't be able to cancel the order at all and they are probably waiting for that time.
